The Series 5 Keyline tractors are designed to offer maximum flexibility while ensuring reliable and innovative performance. Agility is one of the standout features of these tractors, thanks to a remarkable turning radius and cutting-edge solutions such as the adjustable response PowerShuttle, the Stop&Go system, and the ComfortClutch, which guarantee smooth and comfortable driving even in the toughest situations. Additionally, you can enhance the driving experience with the optional Hi-Lo Powershift transmission, which allows for easy adaptation to varying field demands.

ENGINE: SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR AGRICULTURE.

With or without AdBlue, you choose! The Series 5 Keyline tractors are equipped with the reliable and popular FARMotion 45 engine. While the 5095 and 5105 Keyline models are equipped with a complete EAT solution, including an SCR catalyst, the 5075 Keyline comes with just a DPF, complying with Stage V regulations without the need for additional AdBlue.

Whichever model you choose, all FARMotion 45 engines are specially designed for agricultural applications, delivering optimal power and, thanks to their high capacity, torque in any working conditions. Additionally, with a large fuel tank of 145 liters, the 5 Keyline offers extensive autonomy for long working days, eliminating the need for frequent refueling stops.

The Series 5 Keyline, along with other DEUTZ-FAHR Stage V tractors, is officially certified to run on HVO fuel (hydrogenated vegetable oil), making these tractors well-equipped to meet the challenges of modern agriculture, such as reducing CO2 emissions.

TRANSMISSION: 5 GEARS FOR ALL NEEDS.

The perfect speed, always. The efficient 5-speed transmission offers 20+20 or 40+40 gears, allowing you to always select the appropriate speed. The base variant includes a range of low-speed gears that provide speeds of less than 400 m/h.

The hydraulic PowerShuttle reverser and the optional 2-step Powershift ensure maximum comfort and productivity. The PowerShuttle, equipped with Stop&Go and the Sense Clutch function, which offers 5 different response adjustments, is ideal for working with front loaders. It also includes a comfort clutch option that enables the operator to shift gears without pressing the clutch pedal. Furthermore, the 2-Step Powershift allows for seamless shifting between 2 speeds without interrupting torque and offers a road speed of 40 km/h at a reduced engine RPM.

PTO: SPEEDS FOR ALL YOUR ATTACHMENT POWER NEEDS.

The Power Take-Off (PTO) is controlled by a multiple-disc wet clutch and is activated electrohydraulically at the push of a button. The PTO controls located on the rear fenders enhance comfort when using attachments. The PTO is equipped with different speeds to ensure the right power for your implements, and the forward speed PTO is fitted with a dedicated shaft for precise control.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: TOP PERFORMANCE AND REMARKABLE ADAPTABILITY.

The Series 5 Keyline features a hydraulic system perfectly suited to the demands of the utility segment. Thanks to an optimized and fully enhanced layout (including the pump, hoses, and valves), efficiency has been increased to maximize output. Two or three double-acting rear valves are available.

For the front loader, two mid-mounted valves can be added. In addition to the main pump, an additional steering pump has been installed to ensure effortless steering at all times. The new 5 Keyline models are also available with the EasyLift function, which allows the rear lift to raise and lower with a maximum capacity of up to 4,525 kg at the touch of a button.

BRAKES: LEADING IN EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY.

The new DEUTZ-FAHR Series 5 Keyline models are designed with front and rear axles engineered to ensure exceptional strength and unmatched reliability. For complete braking capacity, the front axle comes standard with multiple oil-immersed disc brakes.

The fully locking differentials on both axles are electronically controlled and hydraulically operated. In addition, the five models of the Series 5 Keyline offer a wide range of agricultural tires, which can be mounted on either traditional adjustable rims or robust “Waffle” rims. Thanks to their innovative design, these rims can minimize wheel vibrations during high-speed travel.

A pneumatic trailer brake is available upon request.

CABIN: TOPVISIONEVO: THE CABIN YOU’VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR, WITH ONLY 4 PILLARS.

The new DEUTZ-FAHR 5 Keyline tractor is equipped with a comfortable cabin. A significant feature of the 5 Keyline cabin is its construction with only four pillars, making it both comfortable and practical while offering excellent panoramic visibility.

The cabin boasts an advanced and modern design, with its large windows and striking monolithic hood profile, ensuring great visibility in all conditions.

Even in low-light conditions, visibility remains perfect, thanks to the 12 powerful work lights that support every activity.

All-day comfort is guaranteed inside the new TopVisionEvo cabin, which comes standard with air conditioning, a radio, and Hydro Silent Block cabin suspension that reduces vibrations by up to 40%. The fully adjustable telescopic steering column, along with the suspended seat with multiple adjustments, allows operators of any height to find their perfect position for both field and road transport activities.
